Goals

The High Sierra Striders (HSS), a non-profit running club established in 2005, serves the Eastern Sierra. The goal of HSS is to promote running and fitness in our area (the Eastern Sierra: Mammoth Lakes, Bishop, Crowley Lake, Lee Vinning, Big Pine, Independence, Lone Pine, Olancha, Cartago, Benton and even Keeler).

HSS Intervals at Shady Rest Park
Running workout: 20 min. warm up, stretching, drills, 4-6 x 1 km with 4 min. recovery jog between reps, 20 min. cool down jog

Thursday, May 15, 2008 (7:00am)
Shady Rest Park Hill Run
Please meet at Shady Rest Park near the Volleyball Court and Soccer fields at 7am. This is a hill run on dirt, so head back on Sawmill rd and explore the area. There is no specified route to follow so have fun and run for time (60-120 min.)
